Demetrius Rice has extensive work experience as an Information Technology Engineer and lead in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta from January 2024 to present. Previously, they worked as an Information Technology Engineer at the same company from February 2023 to January 2024. Prior to their work at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Demetrius worked at Shaw Industries from November 2015 to March 2023 as an Information Technology Specialist. Demetrius also worked as an IT Staging Analyst at Shaw Industries from October 2011 to November 2015.

From 2007 to 2010, Demetrius Rice attended Dalton State College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
