Lauren Webb has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and customer service within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as Regulatory Compliance Manager and previously as Compliance Officer at Federal Group since June 2021, Lauren has developed a strong foundation in compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to this, Lauren held various roles at Wrest Point from September 2004 to June 2021, including Cash Desk Supervisor, Document Writer, and Trainer. Earlier career positions included Sales Assistant and Counter Manager at Rowe & Jarman Sports from March 2003 to September 2004 and Retail Sales Assistant at MYER from September 1999 to March 2003.
