Jack Payne has extensive experience in disaster response and emergency management. Currently serving as the Voluntary Agency Liaison Crew Leader at FEMA since November 2016, Jack previously held roles such as Disaster Housing Coordinator at Florida Division Emergency Management and has been involved with the Civil Air Patrol since 2006, focusing on disaster preparedness and operations training for the Florida Wing. Jack has actively contributed to training initiatives to ensure compliance with ICS standards for over 3,000 members and has coordinated disaster relief activities with federal and state partners.
