Nina Dillon Britton currently serves as an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia since January 2024 and has held the position of Lawyer at Allen & Overy since November 2021. Prior roles at Allen & Overy include Graduate at Law, Paralegal, and Summer Clerk. Nina's earlier experience includes coordinating the Sydney Policy Reform Project at the University of Sydney and interning with the NSW Law Reform Commission and Sentencing Council Secretariat. Additionally, Nina worked as a Research Assistant at Blackwattle Legal and at the University of Sydney, where assistance was provided to an associate professor on a project regarding migrant workers' rights. Nina was also an Editor at Honi Soit and a Paralegal for the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office. Academically, Nina Dillon Britton earned a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Political Science and Government with Honours I and the University Medal from the University of Sydney.
