Caitlin Astill currently serves as a Judge’s Associate and Research Associate at the Federal Court of Australia since July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Winter Clerk at Norton Rose Fulbright within the Restructuring and Litigation teams, a Summer Clerk at Thomson Geer in the Intellectual Property team, and a Law Clerk at Piper Alderman focusing on construction. Caitlin began a legal career as a Paralegal and Research Clerk at CDI Lawyers Pty Ltd from October 2019 to October 2021. Caitlin holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)/Law (Hons I) from The University of Queensland, accompanied by a Diploma of Business from Prestige Service Training. Educational background includes completion of the Queensland Certificate of Education at Brisbane State High School.
