Kevin is VP, Solution Architecture at Salient CRGT where his background in business capture, architecture, technology, business analytics, team leadership, and client management all inform his approach to developing solutions for Salient CRGT’s strategic pursuits. From understanding and developing the “Why” of his company, to tell the story itself, Kevin strikes a balance between the art and science of a compelling solution. Through the course of his career, Kevin has developed an intimate knowledge of the federal contracting market and broad experience in developing tactical and strategic pursuits. His background provides Federal Compass with critical insights into activities throughout the lifecycle of the capture process, as well as those activities that factor prominently into Federal Compass customer objectives.

Before joining Salient CRGT, Kevin was Vice President at Wolf Den Associates, a leading strategy and management consultancy for the Federal Contracting community. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, then Oracle, then SRA, where he assumed multiple technical leadership positions prior to shifting his career to capture strategy and solution architecture. His diverse experience across small and large organizations spanning information technology and consulting disciplines—including insights across hundreds of clients and partners in the Federal space—provides Federal Compass with a broad perspective of the Federal marketplace.

Kevin is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a certified Project Management Professional, ITIL practitioner, Scrum Master, and GSEC certified cyber-practitioner. He spent his formative years working on construction, demolition, moving, delivery, and roofing crews, which led to his deep desire to no longer wear steel-toed boots for a living.
