Shaun Costello CPHIMS possesses extensive experience in information technology leadership, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Federal Communications Commission since April 2020, with previous responsibilities as Acting Chief Information Officer. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of Associate Director at Precision Metrics, specializing in recruitment for early-stage technology organizations with a focus on areas such as Health IT, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Cloud Services. Shaun has also served as Chief Technology Officer at Beacon Health Options, leading over 220 IT professionals within a large merged organization, and held senior roles at ValueOptions, where Shaun contributed to making it the nation’s largest privately-owned behavioral health company. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Systems Administrator at Value Behavioral Health and service in the United States Marine Corps. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Integrated Information Science and Technology from The George Washington University.
