Sankar Baskaran currently serves as an Assistant Manager in Priority Banking at Federal Bank, with prior roles as a Priority Relationship Officer and Probationary Officer since November 2020. Before joining Federal Bank, Sankar gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Virtusa from February to October 2020, where responsibilities included scheduling online interviews as part of the Graduate Talent Program. Previous to that, Sankar worked as an Intern in HR at Virtusa from April to June 2019, contributing to HR Operations and recruitment coordination. Sankar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Careers in Vellore (2014-2018). Additionally, Sankar completed higher secondary education at Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School (2012-2014).
