Jamal Stovall, GISP, currently serves as the Team Lead Community (Aviation) Planner at the Federal Aviation Administration since January 2016, previously holding the position of Community Planner. Prior experience includes roles as a GIS Specialist at the City of Philadelphia-Division Of Aviation from October 2011 to January 2016, Associate at CHPlanning Ltd from November 2007 to October 2011, Planning Associate I at Michael Baker Jr from April 2006 to November 2007, and Tech Aide (Management Trainee) at the Philadelphia Housing Authority from May 2004 to April 2006. Education includes a Master’s degree in Community & Regional Planning from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. Additional academic background includes attendance at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and West Catholic High School.
