Thomas Blount is a Consultant at Federal Advisory Partners. Thomas previously worked as a Research Assistant at AcademyHealth from November 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Communications and Data Intern at the Food Research & Action Center from January 2017 to November 2017. Thomas also worked as a Reading Instructor at the Institute of Reading Development from May 2016 to August 2016. Thomas's first job was as a Petroleum Research Fund Intern at the American Chemical Society from May 2013 to January 2015.

Thomas Blount received their Master of Public Health from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health with a concentration in Health Behavior. Thomas also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science and Public Policy.
