Alexis Lacey is currently a Consultant at Federal Advisory Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Administrative Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group from September 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for case management of home and community-based services for members under the CCC Plus Plan. Alexis also served as a liaison for members, providers, and clinical staff for member's cases and plans of care. Alexis began their career as a Strategic Improvement Intern at Howard University Office of Institutional Accreditation and Assessment from September 2016 to May 2017.

Alexis Lacey has a Bachelor's degree in Health Management/Business Administration from Howard University. Alexis also has certification from Lean Sigma Corporation in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).
