Annelieke Carlier has extensive experience in leadership and management within various organizations focused on humanitarian and governmental services. Currently serving as Adjunct-directeur at Fedasil since October 2018, Annelieke leads transversal services at the Fedasil reception center in Ghent and operational services at the Aanmeldcentrum Klein Kasteeltje. Prior to this, Annelieke held the position of Attaché at SPF Intérieur, where responsibilities included the management, advising, selection, and monitoring of European funds AMIF/ISF from March 2012 to October 2018. Annelieke also coordinated the Voluntary Return & Reintegration Cell and oversaw projects at Caritas International Belgium from 2004 to February 2012. Annelieke holds a Master's degree in Development from the University of Antwerp and a degree from Ghent University.
