Glenn Moynihan, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Research Engineer at Featurespace, beginning in September 2024. Previously, Glenn was a Research Software Engineer at Beacon Biosignals, from March 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included developing tooling and a machine learning platform for research and deployment of Deep Learning models focused on neurobiomarkers using large datasets. Prior to that, Glenn worked at Invenia Labs from September 2018 to February 2023, creating tools and processes for reproducible experimentation and rapid deployment of time-series machine learning models for optimizing electricity grids. Glenn's earlier experiences include developing educational curricula at STEAM Education Ltd, conducting doctoral research at Trinity College Dublin in advanced materials simulation, and various academic roles at Trinity College Dublin and the University of California, Santa Barbara. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computational Condensed Matter, a Certificate in Statistics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, all obtained from Trinity College Dublin.
