Jeni DiGiovanni, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Team Lead at FDM Group since November 2018, where previous roles included Jr. HR Business Partner, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as Teacher Assistant at Brookville Center for Children's Services from January 2017 to October 2018, and various roles at Binghamton University, including Lyceum Technology Intern and Health & Wellness Lifeguard from August 2013 to May 2016. Jeni DiGiovanni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Binghamton University, completed in 2016.
