Amy Zhu is a Business Intelligence Analyst at FDM Group since February 2023, contributing analytical skills to drive business insights. In parallel, Amy serves as a Campus Staff Member for Student Outreach to the World. Prior experience includes various roles at Pandora as a Sales Team Member, demonstrating exceptional customer service and teamwork skills, and a leadership position as Vice President/President of SOW UNSW, where Amy co-organized events and facilitated teamwork. Additionally, experience as a Beauty Advisor at THE FACE SHOP and a casual role at Sportsgirl further highlights Amy's solid background in sales and customer engagement.
