Nicole Rickard, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at FDH Infrastructure Services since June 2019. In this role, Nicole independently manages all HR functions, including benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while implementing improved performance management processes and overseeing significant organizational changes. Prior to this position, Nicole held various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist II and HR Specialist, at Allegheny Health Network, and began in the HR field as an Assistant Manager at Bruster's Real Ice Cream. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2013 and 2017.
