Gladys BOURBON is an experienced Juriste with a strong background in business law, having worked at FDG Group since June 2020 as a Juriste en droit des affaires. Prior to this role, Gladys held positions at Thuasne from September 2014 to May 2020 as CIL and Juriste, specializing in health law, commercial law, distribution law, competition law, and intellectual property law. Responsibilities included negotiating and drafting various agreements in France, providing regulatory guidance for digital and health projects, and managing a portfolio of trademarks and domain names. Previous experience at INTERMARCHE involved corporate legal responsibilities related to consumer law, competition, and distribution, while internships at Pace and Carrefour provided foundational legal experience. Gladys holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Université de Bourgogne and a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris-Sud University.
