David Flannagan is an experienced construction and project coordinator, currently serving as Shutdown Coordinator at FCS Group since March 2023, coordinating on behalf of BP for the ETAP and Mungo 2024 turnaround. Previously, David worked at Wood from January 2020 to January 2023, holding roles such as Construction Delivery Lead, Field Engineer, and Construction Coordinator, primarily focused on the BP/Neptune Seagull Subsea Tieback on the ETAP Platform. Prior to that, David spent nearly four years at Petrofac, where responsibilities included successful project delivery for Neptune Energy on the Cygnus complex. David's early career includes positions as General Foreman and Electrical Foreman at Petrofac and roles at Daifuku Logan Ltd and Aker Solutions, offering expertise in electrical systems and construction site management. David's foundational education was completed at Stonelaw High School from 2000 to 2004.
