Md. Delowar Hossain currently serves as Deputy Manager of HR Operations at FCI Group since December 2021, building on previous experience as Assistant Manager in the same department. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, managing onboarding formalities, and updating job descriptions across departments. Prior experience at DBL Group as an Officer involved designing and implementing recruitment strategies and developing job specifications. Md. Delowar holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development & Industrial Relations from Jahangirnagar University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Southeast University, and a Postgraduate Diploma focusing on HRM and labor law. Additionally, Md. Delowar is pursuing an LLB at Bangladesh Law College.
