Jessica Urban-Ricciardi has a diverse work experience, spanning across various industries. Jessica started their career at United Technologies in 2005, where they worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist, providing full HR support for multiple manufacturing facilities. Jessica also managed a team and reorganized functions to better support employee needs. In 2013, they joined Connect for Health Colorado as a Human Resources Manager.
