Douglas Gragnano has extensive experience in quality assurance, with a career spanning over a decade across various roles. Currently serving as Consultor de QA at Grupo FCamara since November 2021, Douglas has taken on the role of principal QA in an agile squad, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies, requirement analysis, test case development, and executing both functional and exploratory tests for web and mobile applications using Azure DevOps. Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Senior Test Analyst at SVLabs, where responsibilities included leading testing efforts for the Natura Project across LATAM and Brazil. Douglas's background also includes significant roles at MicroPower, Hewlett-Packard, and Accenture, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating QA teams to executing integration and regression tests. Educational qualifications include an associate degree in Network and Internet Technology from Uninove and a technician degree in Information Technology from Senac São Paulo, complemented by training in Linux principles.
