Michael Thurston AIA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare design, planning, construction, and project management, beginning an internship at HLM in Iowa City in 1986. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Francis Cauffman since October 2018, Michael has previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at HDR from March 2009 to March 2016, and has also accumulated significant experience from a ten-year tenure at HKS in Dallas and eight years at RTKL in Washington, DC. Michael holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
