Thibaut Naudin has a background in sports education and has worked in various roles related to coaching and coordination in different organizations. Currently, Thibaut Naudin holds the position of Adjoint U15 Féminines at FC Metz since December 2022. Prior to this, they have experience as an Educateur sportif at their own company since November 2019 and as Responsable catégorie U13 at Racing Union Lëtzebuerg from October 2019 to July 2022. Thibaut Naudin also has a degree in Educateur sportif from Universite de Lorraine and a Brevet de Moniteur de Football from Ligue Lorraine de Football.
