Pius Kaspar is an experienced sports professional with a diverse background in youth development and education. Employed at FC Luzern since August 2011, Pius has held several key roles including Leiter Nachwuchs, Spiel- und Videoanalyst, and Nachwuchs-Trainer. Previous experience includes a position as Sportlehrer at Kanton Nidwalden from August 2013 to July 2018 and at Schule Meggen from August 2011 to August 2012. Pius also worked as a Velokurier at Velokurier Luzern from October 2003 to September 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Spielanalyse / Sport from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, a UEFA-A-Diplom, a Fussballinstruktor qualification from the Schweizerischer Fussballverband, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports from EHSM Magglingen, complemented by a diploma in Public Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
