Robert Smit is an experienced professional specializing in facility management and youth coaching. Currently working as a Facilitair medewerker at Focuz Support since November 2021, Robert has also served as a keeperstrainer jeugd at FC Groningen BV since June 2014, focusing on the development of young goalkeepers. Previous roles include an internship in Facility Services & Housing at Gemeente Groningen, where Robert conducted research and analysis on workplace effectiveness, and an all-round medewerker position at Valkema sport, responsible for budgeting and sales. Additionally, Robert contributed to the youth coaching program at VV Wildervank and was involved in organizing the annual Sightseeingrun Veendam. Robert is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management at Hanze University and holds an MBO niveau 4 in Retail Entrepreneurship from Noorderpoort.
