Floris van Es currently serves as Maatschappelijk Coördinator Jeugd en Regioplan at FC Groningen, responsible for the management and development of youth programs within the organization. Previous roles include Projectleider Voetbalontwikkeling Regio and Assistent-trainer O16 at FC Groningen, as well as Hoofd Opleiding and Hoofd Opleiding Bovenbouw at ACV Assen. Floris has also contributed to various training programs and camps, including roles at the Stichting Regionale Voetbal Academie and Ajax Coaching Academy. In addition to professional football training experience, Floris holds a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and Data Science and a Pre-Master in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, complemented by a HAVO diploma from Stad & Esch.
