Dirk Wahlandt is an experienced coaching and consulting professional with a focus on leadership, team, and organizational development in both business and sports. Since February 2006, Dirk has operated as a Führungskräfte-Coach and team developer at DIRK WAHLANDT - BACKBONE - COACHING CONSULTING CAMPUS. Currently, Dirk serves as a mental trainer and coach for personality development at FC Basel 1893, while also having held the position of CEO at Stiftung Jobtraining, overseeing professional integration and human resources development until May 2022. Dirk co-founded Berufsintegration 4.0, aimed at enhancing job integration initiatives, and has extensive coaching background, including roles in various youth organizations and therapeutic settings. Dirk's educational credentials include a Diplom in Sozialpädagogik and ongoing studies at Universität Basel and NAGS Schweiz.
