Its business units include Commercial Banking business group, Merchant Banking and Asset Management business group (MBAM), Insurance business group and Other Financial Services business group. The Commercial Banking business group provides both individual and corporate clients/customers with financial intermediation services. The MBAM provides asset management, markets and private equity services to corporations and governments' clientele, as well as merchant banking services. The Insurance business group segment includes insurance brokerage business and underwriting business. The Other Financial Services business group segment includes non-operating holding company and other non-banking financial services businesses.
