Manzur Ahmed Sohan serves as the Chairman of Real Capita Group since September 2017, leading a visionary team focused on transforming real estate through innovation and sustainability. As Deputy Managing Director of the same company, Manzur has driven excellence in the sector. Additionally, Manzur is a General Member of several organizations, including the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), Bangladesh Paper Merchants Association (BPMA), and Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), where efforts concentrate on economic growth and sustainable practices. Manzur also contributes to education as a Governing Body Member at Salimullah Degree College and plays a role as a Patron Member at Dhaka Shomity, advocating for community empowerment. Educationally, Manzur holds a Hifzul Quran degree from Tanzimul Ummah Alim Madrasah.
