Michael S. Chimenti, Ph.D., is a Machine Learning & Bioinformatics Consultant at FBB Biomed, with extensive experience in bioinformatics as the Director and Specialist at the Iowa Institute of Human Genetics within University of Iowa Health Care. Previously, Michael served as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Fellow at UCSF, focusing on computational chemistry. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University between 2003 and 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa, completed in 2003.
