Karin Enberg is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as an HR-verksamhetspartner at FBA (Folke Bernadotteakademin) since April 2021, Karin previously held positions such as HR partner at Swedish Courts, where responsibilities included driving HR processes and projects. With consulting experience at ENB Dialogpartner and PwC, Karin has addressed strategic HR matters and change management. At Ericsson AB, Karin led talent management and HR operations across various business units, managing large teams and supporting organizational growth in multiple countries, including Japan and Germany. Karin holds degrees in Cognitive Behavioral Science from Uppsala University and Human Resource Management and Behavioral Science.
