Natalie Williams, MBA, is a dedicated real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Fazendin Realtors since January 2017, Natalie focuses on enhancing the client experience by implementing effective marketing strategies and maintaining clear communication. In addition, as a Commercial Property Manager at HUB LLC since October 2019, Natalie manages a diverse $30M portfolio encompassing industrial, mixed-use, and special-purpose properties. Natalie's background includes roles as a Grants Officer at Saint Mary's College of California, where grant proposal development was coordinated, and in supplier management and production at Williams Sonoma and Gap, Inc.
