Jon Peek has over a decade of extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various senior management positions at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill since October 2013, including Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager. Previously, Jon served as General Manager at Zizzi Restaurants (January 2011 - October 2013), Tampopo (January 2009 - January 2011), and La Tasca (February 2003 - January 2008). Jon recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Chartered Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Professional from The Manchester Metropolitan University, both from October 2020 to June 2023.
