Kerry Ginsburg has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2007, Kerry held an internship as a Systems Analyst at Covidien (formerly Tyco Healthcare). This was followed by a marketing internship at Eagle Investment Systems in 2008. From 2010 to 2011, Kerry worked as an Assistant Account Executive at BioScience Communications. Kerry then transitioned into a role as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Kerry served as a Direct Hire Development Manager at Modis, specializing in sales and recruiting for technology positions. In 2015, Kerry became a Project Manager at the S.O.U.L. Foundation, focusing on fostering sustainable and vibrant Ugandan communities. In 2016, Kerry worked as an IT Account Manager/Recruiter at Engage Partners Inc., specializing in the placement of IT and Healthcare IS employees. Currently, Kerry serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Fawkes IDM | Engineering Better Teams, where Kerry specializes in finding and sourcing talented individuals in various industries across North America.

Kerry Ginsburg attended Northeastern University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management.
