Dominic Salazar started their work experience in 2003 as an Accounts Officer at the Department of Trade and Industry. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Part-Time Accounting Lecturer at the International School for Asia and Pacific. In 2007, they gained experience as a Junior Accountant at both Ravian Shipping Lines and Azadea Group. Dominic then worked as an Accounts Executive at FUN CHARACTERS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in 2010, followed by Pacific Prince International Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they took on the role of Accountant cum Finance Analyst - Systems and Process at Qi Group. Dominic then joined Groupon Singapore in 2014 as an Accountant and Database Programmer, where they handled various accounting tasks and played a role in improving finance processes through self-built automated systems. Dominic'smost recent role was at Fave, where they served as the Sr. Accountant and Database Programmer, focusing on monthly tax invoices, merchant payments, and staff claim approval and payments.

Dominic Salazar obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from St. Paul University-Philippines in the year 2002. Dominic pursued their education in the field of Accounting and Business/Management during this time. Additionally, Dominic Salazar obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Professional Regulation Commission-Philippines in November 2002.
