Danielle A. M. has over twelve years of work experience. Danielle A. began their career in 2009 as a Swim Coach and Counselor for the United States Naval Academy. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles in HR and Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they joined The Mom Project as a Sourcing and Talent. In 2021, they became a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Nestl\u00e9. In 2022, they took on two roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract) for Fauna Inc. and a Senior Strategic Talent Sourcer (RIF) for Okta.
