Mark Purcell is the current Vice President of Sales at Fathom. Prior to their current position, Mark was the Manager of Marketing Services at Techtronic Industries (TTI) from November 2011 to May 2020. In their role at TTI, Mark was responsible for corporate training of all new field sales representatives and client business partners. Mark was also a corporate speaker, social media personality, public relations manager, and product review program manager.
Mark was the lead trainer to over 600 TTI new hires each year and HD Pro associates for Home Depot. Mark created and updated training materials including webinars, hands-on tool training, sales training, public speaking and communication coaching. Mark was also an in-house product expert utilized for product development, marketing and sales events.
As corporate liaison, Mark represented three key brands for Home Depot partner events. Mark was a spotlight speaker three years running for Home Depot Product Walk presenting to over 2,000 store managers and corporate partners. Mark also managed HD Pro account events, created marketing content and led trade shows. In 2018, they won Best in Show and in 2017 they won Marketing Partner of the Year at HD Pro Annual Partnership Conference.
As a video talent for social media outlet, Mark had a 97% viewer completion rate for “Tuesday Tips” series on Ryobi Instagram which made it the brand’s most successful program to date. Mark also leveraged relationships with key media influencers and magazine editors in
