Tammy Dahlstrom, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management within various industries. As the Director of Finance for Youth Care at Boys Town since February 2019, Tammy has showcased leadership in financial reporting and data integrity. Prior to this role, Tammy served as the Director of Finance and Administration at WorldView LTD and as a contractor for Burlington Capital, where significant achievements included the implementation of financial reporting software and ensuring consistent financial reporting across properties. With a longstanding tenure at First National Bank of Omaha, Tammy held multiple directorial positions and oversaw budgeting and forecasting for substantial deposit portfolios. Tammy's career began at Home Federal Bank and BryanLGH Medical Center, where foundational skills in accounting were developed. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BS in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
