Sarah Roy possesses extensive experience in roles focused on youth development and behavioral health. Since March 2020, Sarah has served as an Assistant Family Teacher at Boys Town, building on prior experience as a Coach Counselor at Rite of Passage. Additional experience includes working as a Youth Services Specialist at Mount View Youth Services Center, where Sarah implemented daily schedules and skill-building activities for youth aged 12-20. Previous positions as a Behavioral Health Technician at both The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza and Boys Town National Research Hospital involved maintaining safe environments and managing youth behavior. Earlier in their career, Sarah excelled as a General Manager and Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan, where Sarah developed sales strategies and employee performance metrics. Sarah earned a degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2010 and 2015.
