Monty is passionate about developing talented new leaders. He has an extensive background in developing and implementing corporate strategy and development initiatives, including leading and managing programs and projects as well as client engagement. Prior to joining Boys Town in 2019, he served as vice president of operations at West Corporation.

Monty earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
