Moniki Gunn, MOL, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Boys Town. Moniki is also the Founder of Gunn & Cannon Empowerment Group, Inc. and has held the position of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at CHI Health. Additionally, Moniki has worked as the Step-Up Omaha! Employment Director at the Empowerment Network and as an Adjunct Instructor at Metropolitan Community College. Moniki holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the College of Saint Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University.
