Mariana Santa Maria has been working at Boys Town since June 2010, initially as a Supervisor for Common Sense Parenting, and later as a Family Consultant. Currently, Mariana serves as the Quality Program Manager, providing consultation services to assist other Boys Town sites and programs in implementing the model across all program service types. Mariana also develops and maintains consultant relationships with site personnel to support model implementation.
