Molly Finzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fat Tuesday since October 2022, Molly has held various managerial roles, including Area Business Manager and Catering Manager at Celebrations Catering, General Manager at Pollo Tropical and Savi Provisions, and Multi Unit General Manager at Resurgens Hospitality Group. Previous positions include Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Iberian Pig, Catering Coordinator at Dorothy's Party Stars, and Chef Owner at Molly Jay Catering. Molly's foundational skills were developed at The Breakers Hotel as part of the Chef Brigade, and earlier as a Lead Line Cook at Market @ The W Hotel. Molly holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, following a College Prep diploma from Riverwood High School.
