Alexa Bautista possesses extensive experience in customer care and sales within the hospitality and tourism sectors. Since February 2021, Alexa has been serving as a Team Leader in Customer Care at FasttrackSolutions, having previously held the position of Customer Care Specialist. Prior to this, Alexa worked at Royal Caribbean International from October 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included Director of Sales and Sales Manager for the Asia region. Earlier roles at Royal Caribbean International (Arpan Air Inc) from April 2010 to April 2015 involved positions as Sales Supervisor for Team Asia and Sales Account Executive for the Rest of the World. Alexa earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Tourism Management from Far Eastern University between 2006 and 2010.
