Pernilla Nordkvist has extensive experience in real estate management and financial services, currently holding the position of Chef VÃ¥rd och Omsorg at ±á±ð³¾²õö Fastighets AB since August 2016, along with the role of Fastighetsförvaltare. Prior to this, Pernilla served as Fastighetsförvaltare at Locum AB from 2011 to 2016 and held the position of Fastighetschef at Vasakronan from 2008 to 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as Projektledare FM and Controller at AP Fastigheter between 1999 and 2008, and as a Banktjänsteman at Nordea from 1989 to 1999. Pernilla holds a Politisk Magister degree in Ekonomi from the University of Gothenburg, obtained between 1995 and 1999, as well as an Ekonomisk examen in Ekonomi from Lugnetskolan, Falun, completed in 1988.
