Mike O'Connell has a diverse professional background in sales, clinical operations, and production management. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Fastenal since August 2023, Mike focuses on distributing safety and maintenance items at Rich's bakery. Previously, Mike was a Clinical Operations Associate at Spaulding Medical from March 2021 to June 2022 and spent over twenty-six years at ATL (Ad Tape & Label) in various capacities, including Business Development Manager and Plant Manager, where responsibilities included product development and management of disposable medical devices. Earlier experience includes roles at International Paper as a Production Manager and a 2nd Shift Supervisor at Layton Label.
