Ralph French began their career in 1988 as a Systems Development Engineer at Digi-Gear Systems, Inc. In 1994 they moved to Domino Amjet, Inc. where they served as a Senior Development Engineer. Finally, in 1998 they joined FASTechnology Group as the VP of Engineering - Technical Director.

Ralph French received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1990, having started their studies there in 1986.
