Fernand Ramat's work experience starts in 2008 when they worked as a server at Namasthe until January 2009. In 2012, they briefly worked as a PHP Developer at Buzz4Play from January to April. In 2013, Fernand worked as a PHP Developer at Stratia from January to May, and then as a Zend 2 Developer at Jin from July 2013 to February 2014. In 2014, they worked as a backend developer at Newmanity from March to August. From 2016, Fernand joined die kartenmacherei GmbH, initially working as a PHP Developer from July 2016 to September 2019, and then as a Business Intelligence Engineer from September 2019 to November 2021. Currently, they are working as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Fashion Cloud from November 2021 onwards.

Fernand Ramat received a Digital Innovation for Business Certificate from HEC Paris in 2014. Previously, from 2009 to 2014, they attended EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
