Scott Sager, PMP, CCMP, serves as the Advisor Experience & Delivery Lead and Senior Advisor at FarWell since August 2020, focusing on the success and growth of the advisory practice while delivering project management expertise in IT and change strategy. Prior to this role, Scott held positions at Nordic Global, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Sales Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing transformational change initiatives, improving strategy across business units, and leading acquisition integration efforts. Additional experience includes serving as Consulting Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and Program Manager at the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau, along with various academic and consulting roles. Scott possesses extensive educational background with ABD in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an M.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago, and a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Law from Carthage College.
