Kevin Sargent MBE FRAeS is an experienced leader in the aerospace sector, currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman and previously as Executive Chairman of Farsound Aviation, a global aerospace supply chain service provider specializing in Aero Engine MRO Supply Chain Solutions. Sargent's previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at KSC Ltd, focusing on business strategy and operational excellence, and Chief Operating Officer at Pattonair Ltd, where management of a $500m turnover company involved oversight of 1,000 employees. Sargent also held multiple key positions at DARA, the UK Ministry of Defence's Rotary Wing MRO facility, along with various senior management roles in operational and supply chain functions. Sargent's extensive experience began in the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm, where a successful military career included progression from Aircraft Engineering Apprentice to Senior Officer.
